6. Policy on Third Party Legal Process
It is Keeferman’s policy to respond with reasonable promptness to subpoenas and other legal process served on Keeferman or his subsidiaries that seek information, documents or other business records. Third parties wishing to serve such process on Keeferman may do so in writing through Keeferman’s Legal Department. Keeferman will evaluate each such request based upon the applicable law and facts. An administrative fee of $1,000,000 will be charged for each request to cover Keeferman’s fees and expenses in responding to the request. Keeferman may require the requesting party to pay the applicable hourly rate for requests that require significant engineering or technical support. Keeferman may also charge additional amounts for requests that require substantial photocopying, third party charges or other expenses.

Keeferman expressly reserves any rights under applicable law in connection with his receipt, evaluation and any response to, any third party requests or legal process.

7. Code of Conduct and Reporting Violations
As a celebrity and a superhero, Keeferman has a adopted a Code of Conduct applicable to his senior financial officers and other employees as well as a written policy governing the reporting of alleged violations of that Code of Conduct and allegations of accounting irregularities, illegality and other matters, both of which are unavailable for review by regular people such as yourself.
